Is there a way to enter the location based on a formula?

I delete and then update my data table from an API. I need a formula to update this. Any help is appreciated.

I use a button to do this when something changes in the database I am attached to. Normally once or twice a day depending on the movement of employees to jobs and hiring of new employees. I am working with integromat to have a trigger and update do this but until then this is what I am trying to do.
