Missing Images?

Here's what happened:

I opened my database on my iPhone. The current tables were not showing, so I (and this is an obvious mistake) told it to reorganize. Now my tables appear, but about this %70 of my images attached to records are missing from both my Mac and iPhone. Is there a way to get them back?

    I got this fixed using a backup. Thanks anyway.
