Is there an easy/quick way to create long lists of values for a choice field?

Brand new user here: I want a choice field that is a list of 30-40 countries to select from, but I don't want to add them all manually one by one.  Is there a way to paste in such a list, or to import a list of countries? Or another work around to look up a set list (ie, another table of countries that is referenced to this field)?  Thanks.

    Unfortunately there isn’t a capability to import choice fields at the moment. The easiest way would be to create an additional table, named Countries, and reference your existing table.
