coding needed for certain field?

hello i see that to get more complex process it is absolute necessary to be able to write code where formula or trigger field are. I don't understand how this coding works but it doesn't seem so easy to do..Is there a wa workaround? or may be it is easier to learn that part..i don't know if it is language, or it is jusr for it

Thanks

I understand how you feel. I was really lost the first time I wrote my first Ninox code. I have never written code before, so it was all new to me.

Sadly there is no one place that I learned. Here are a few places that learned:

    1) Nioxus YouTube site, free videos in English that really helped me get started

    2) This Ninox community forum

    3) Nioxus Support membership, the cheapest plan is $12/mon, but you get access to hundreds of hours of training videos that they have produced over the years covering all areas of Ninox. If you pay for the next level you get access to all of the templates they have created during the training videos. You also get email support.

    4) Ninox weekly, or something like that, support sessions.

Hang in there and we are here to help.

so you confirm it is not an easy task..,but it is vital though! Being that my use of db is really less than sporadic i don't really feel to start learning a course...and my need are quite simple also. But in ninox to have some customization in report coding is a must!

it is not an easy task but it is not impossible. it is vital to learn if you want to make your DB a true database an not just a glorified spreadsheet.
