Restoring an automatic backup online

I messed up this morning and deleted the wrong field (lesson learned - clearer field names) and need roll back to the last backup, but when I go to MyTeams and go to manage backups or import archives, nothing's there. Ninox is backing my database up, correct?

    Automatic backups should show up. Have you contacted Support?

    They should show up like below image (I assume you cloud based)

    I have had a rare case where they did not show and I had to click the manual tab and then re click the automated tab and suddenly they popped back into view)

       My issue was similar. the instructions i read said to start with the DB closed, "My Teams". screen shot attached with nothing showing. I tried it from the workspace right below the DB and the backups appeared. Weird, but problem solved. Thanks for the reply, and   I did submit it to support and got it to work about 30 seonds later ... good to go now.
