ninoxApp() returns "ipad" on an iPhone...

In an iCloud environment, the ninoxApp() command gives "ipad" as a result even though the device concerned is an iPhone SE 3rd generation...

The master station is a Mac and receives the correct “mac” result.

    what version of the app are you running.

    when i tested on my iphone, i'm running 3.10.11 and the server is 3.12.2 and it recognizes my iphone.

    here is the code i have in a dashboard:

       Mac version: 3.12.2
      iPhone version: 3.12.2
      It is a database published on iCloud.
      I have just created a local database from the iCloud database: the local database opened on the iPhone leads to the same anomaly and therefore designates "ipad"!

     I tested in this environment except that my iphone is till running 3.10.11 and it returned iphone. Looks like an email to support is warranted.

      Ninox's history of their app updates is not very good and their response to fixes is pretty slow, so I made sure not to automatically update. In the cloud, I have no choice.

       I understand you. I have already experienced setbacks for this type of reason... On the Mac you can still find an old version on a backup but on an iPhone... I even seem to remember that someone at Ninox's after-sales service told me had suggested turning off auto-update.

    With the screenshot of my iPhone we should be able to deduce that it is not an iPad ;-)
