Blue Screen of Death
For whatever reason, Ninox has now given me the blue screen of death. When I access the app on my iPad Pro, it goes through the normal opening, showing my desktop with my databases but with a progress wheel. This blue screen will pop up for about a second and then back to the desktop with the progress wheel. And then... this. And it doesn't go away. I close the app and get the same result.
I've been unable to backup my databases since Feb. Ninox will start the process and then just shut down. Nothing backed up. Same result duplicating. I contacted Ninox who wants to see the database, that is only on my iPad and can't be backed up. Dead end.
I've off-loaded the app, restarted the iPad and re-installed the app with the same result.
If I delete the app, not just off-load it, will my databases be deleted as well? I have two options that I can think of: 1) re-install a clean copy of the app so that whatever cache is causing this is cleared or restructure the database to clean up whatever error is causing this. This is assuming that the error(s) have anything to do with the cache or tables/records. Restructuring the database isn't an option because Ninox offers no such tool independent of the Ninox app, and even then it's limited to cloud stored databases.
I don't know how long it will take for version 3.9 to be available in the app store. Maybe the upgrade would clean this up?
I've been using Ninox since 2018, no problems. Now this.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Yes don't use the app. Use a browser to open it. I have stopped using the Application for all my iPad users. Safari or Chrome work just fine.
