Dynamic Choice misbehaviour
I have a table of Vehicles which uses a Dynamic Choice type field from which to select the Tax Class. However, here is a snippett from the main table view:
So there are 3 vehicles, but ignore the middle one. The first and third both have 'HISTORIC VEHICLE' as the choice for the 'Tax Class_' field and this field shows in the table. All good so far. But…
As shown in the left column, the formula text('Tax Class_') produces different results. It should simply show the text value of that DC field, i.e. exactly the same as the raw field in this view and obviously the same for both records. But only one of the vehicle records shows this and for the other the formula result is blank.
To be clear, both those vehicle records have the EXACT same Tax Class_ specified in the DC field and hence whatever formula is used, the result simply HAS to be the same. So can anyone explain why Ninox is producing different results? I'm struggling to understand how the same code, working with the same input data can possibly produce different results.

Did you happen to have made a change to the 3 record DC? I know on the MacApp version (3.5x) they have a bug where in table view formulas don't update automatically. You have to click on the refresh button in the top right of the table.

I have certainly seen that recent bug where table views don't always automatically update, but this is not that. Even after 'hiding' those columns, quitting and starting up again today and performing some other work, when I add those exact same columns back into the table view, same odd behaviour.
I worked out a different way to achieve what I needed (reliably), but this sort of behaviour is puzzling (and infuriating).
