Table relationships, data model

Very new Ninox user here, used to use FileMaker long ago. I'm trying to learn how to create relationships between tables. I tried creating a relationship between two tables (in the same database), going from the child table to the parent table. Now I'm not sure that's the relationship I want. Some searching here on this forum seems to indicate that there's no way to un-do that relationship? Can someone confirm or deny this, and if there *is* a way to cancel the relationship (short of deleting an entire table & it's data), describe how to do it?

TIA for any help with this. (I've got other questions, but I'll lob them out one at a time.)

    Hi zenmom

Yes you can delete the relationship. It is held in a field and so deleting that field will delete the relationship.

Unlike FileMaker realtionships aren't automatically populated in Ninox and you might struggle with that concept to begin with but someone will be here to help you whenever you feel you need some help.

    Regards John
