sub-table

I'm a new user of Ninox and am learing to use it. I don't undersatnd what a "Sub-Table" is or how it's used. I'd be apprecitive if somebody could answer the question or direct to a source of information on it.

    Its more like a child of a parent table, I find it much more easier to use chart information for it.

    Hello Steven,

    A sub-table is used to store data that is closely related to the main table. For example, a telephone number is firmly linked to a contact. If the contact is deleted, the telephone number should be deleted as well – it is of no use without the contact information.     Please have a look at the sample "Invoice" template, where the "Invoices" table has a subtable "Invoice items", to best understand the relationship between a table and its subtable.
