Move to field using Trigger after update

A simple I know but I'm brand new at coding in Ninox.

I have a field 'Manufacturer' and a field 'Model Number'.  I pick a manufacturer and then the model number in two steps.

So I want to use the trigger after update in Manufacturer to take focus to the Model number which then opens the table to select the model number in one process.

Both Manufacturer and Model Number are fields to choose an item from a table.

Hope that explains it well enough.

Every question should be addressed, this feels like the company doesn“t care when i see this.  I am also seeking how to setfocus to a field.

Hi Drew, you“ve been away for a while. Ninox has changed their support model to webinar only. It seems the forum is solely for user to user support now. I pointed out in another post that Birger hasn”t posted anything on the forum for nearly a year.

To answer the question posted... that“s not possible unless you want to design your UI using HTML/CSS instead of their UI design tools.

thanks Sean, and too bad, webinars are linear and very inefficient.   This cost-saving matter will impact future growth as this niche is filled with those like me who have many small projects that Ninox could thrive within, but we don“t have time for linear learning.  Food for thought. Cheers.  And ps: setting focus should be easily accomplished directly.  Cheers!

This forum is NOT for NINOX anymore. All sorts of task is posted here. Webinar“s are slow and not for proff”s users. We want some documentations in writing. News, and updates. Many companies will not be able to implement NINOX if the documentation are insuficient. DEAR NINOX; You loose costumers !!!!!!!
