Unfortunately, you cannot use formulas / fields in the layout element Head.  What you need to do is create a field per tab to display the data.  While I traditionnally have used formulas.. I am starting to find the after update trigger on the source fields setting static text fields that are not user writeable to be the preference for performance reasons.
