Calendar sync troubles

Hi, I have a Ninox ICloud Account and I also bought Ninox App. 

I set the ninox calendar of the app to sync with my ICal, but this heavily slow down the app (raimbow circle spinning all the time....) and I can't use it. 

What can I do?
