Using old format for new table
I'm creating a new database for 2019 and I would like to use the format of some of my tables in my old database for 2018. I was hoping to just rename the database and erase all the old data. Is this possible?

You can also use "duplicate" database and set "copy records" to "no". Then You will have an emty database to use for new data...
