Are you asking about the list view, form view or print pre-view? In list view you can add, remove, rename, and re-order columns by clicking and/or dragging column headers. In form view you can change any of the form elements. In the print pre-view of the form view you can add, remove, and re-arrange form elements. In the print-preview you can also duplicate any view as a new Tab and edit, or copy all elements of a print-preview and past them into the print-preview of another table (in the same database).
