Is there a way to automatically display an attachment in a formula/image field?
I have paperclip attachments and would like to see them without opening/viewing via the paperclip. Is there some clever script that can be used to display the content of an attachment on screen via a formula field?

Hi Alan, this is what I found on german forum. Pls take a look at the example db, is this what you are looking for?
When you create a new record, you will need to click on teh text field and the attachments are shown in the formula field. By clicking an attachment in the formula field it will lead you to the view.
You will find the code in the table trigger after update and formula field.
