v3.10 No Usage Overview

Hi everyone -

I have the basic cloud plan (which means I'm on v3.10) and now I don't have access to Usage Overview. I can't see how much space I'm using. I hope this is just a "simple" mistake on their end.

Anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

    What out for this 

     

    Ninox the true basic plan when you come to renew you will either have to downgrde to the starter plan or upgrade to professional (for the last year ninox offered the basic plan with the facilities of professional being included free)

    So if you don't want things like Manual backups or table views the starter level should be fine.

    I've just renewed mine today and cost is double to that of last year for every user I have renewed

    The price will only increase for you if you want to opt for the Professional plan. 

    If you opt for the Starter plan, the price will remain at 120,- € per user and year, only some features and limits will be adjusted.

    When we informed you about the introduction of the new subscription plans a year ago, we assured the users of the Basic/Legacy plan that they could keep their old plan for now if they continued to renew it and did not cancel. This has allowed you to benefit from taking advantage of the Professional plan at the Starter subscription price since the new subscription plans were introduced. This is now no longer possible from the expiry date of your current subscription. 

     We had increased prices in April 2021 for the first time in 8 years and now we are continuing to adjust our product to reflect the natural evolution of prices. In doing so, we also have to take into account our increased costs, e.g. for the new services previously provided to you free of charge, such as the PDF editor or the use of dynamic print layouts. 

    So far, we have already made advance payments for the creation of added value through new functions, the further development of the design and the documentation, but also our service and support. 

     Of course, we are still working on developing Ninox further and further and offering our users a product that contributes to the success of their company as a valuable aid in mapping their business processes.
