Is there a way to have a field containing HTML which scrolls?

I have some HTML that I have retrieved from a web site and it displays correctly on the form via "HTML(field)", however, regardless of using a formula or a Rich Text field, I cannot scroll the contents. The only solution is to use the "Rich Text" field and then enter into the field and then scroll. This is a bit inefficient. Anyway that I can create a scrollable HTML field that can be viewed directly within the form?
