Thank you very much Steven, your help is much appreciated :).
I have another question if you don't mind... When I press the 'Print Icon' on the right top I can see the template of my invoice but I can only see/ access one page. However if I print it I will have 2 or 3 pages. How can I access page number 2 or 3 to add things on them? I hope my question makes sense..
Many thanks

It's normal in the print preview there are only some records/pages visible but once you create the PDF all records/pages should be visible.

Thank you very much Steven for your help.
Is there a way to be able to work on the layout of the second page then? As I can't work on the pdf and the print preview doesn't let me access it..
Thank you

A possible hack is to increase the hight of the page in the print layout screen and afterwards set it back to normal.

Thank you Steven :), I understand how it works now.
When I add a text Field and use this:Page $page of $pages , I get on the first page: Page 1 of 1 and on the second page: Page 2 of 2.
Do you know how I could get on the first Page: Page 1 of 2 and on the second page: Page 2 of 2?
Again thank you very much for your help

I think your text field must be in the footer. Can you check that?

Hi Steven,
I've tried in the footer and the head of the page but I still have page 1 of 1 and on the second page: Page 2 of 2....
Thanks

@ Ninox Support: can you help us with that? Or anyone else...

$page of $pages works perflectly in a footer but the first page willalso have 1 of x
-
This works for me:
Page: $page of $pages
-
...but I didn't add any text field, just modified the Ninox default counter at the bottom right corner

I rarely print, but thought I'd try it. This is what I see in Print layout mode...
...and this is what I get when I print all 59 pages on every page...

Another test (7 pages document)

Hi All :),
Nick this actually works for me too: Page: $page of $pages.
I got confused as on the Ninox Print option I use to see this: Page 1 of 99 however when I use the PDF option I do have: Page 1 of 2 like I wanted if more than 1 pages.
Thank you very much for your help :)

I've been trying to make this work. It shows the consecutive page numbers of one record, in other words if a record spans 5 pages, then it numbers those as 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5... I have my Ninox record print layout set up as one page per record, and I have 438 records. How do I get the the page number of the record to appear? I want it to show as 1 of 438, 2 of 438, 3 of 438, and so on to page 438.

I have a problem using $page of $pages.
When printing a document that has over 99 pages (for example 142) the first 9 show alright (1 of 142). Then it shows like 10 of 14 and after 100 of 1.
It's like they could only use 4 characters between $page and $pages.
Has someone else encountered this issue and maybe found a solution?
