multiple languages
Hi everybody,
Is there an easy way to crearte tables in multiple languages ?
I have a company in diferent countries, where they speak different languages. Therefore, the labels of the fields, and the values of the choises fields should be in different languages or may be with variables. Is there a way not to duplicate te layout and and translate all things in the different languages ?
I export goods also in different countries so that the invoices, delivery bills..... should be edited in different languages. How to handle this without duplicate every document ? Also the content of a text field of a product description should be available in different languages and switchable easely, for exemple if I want to make an inquiery in Germany, France, Italy and Spain, I should be able to have the inquiery document in 4 differents languages.
Well in Europe we have such issues you don't probably have in USA

After some thought, except for changing the user platform language (which each user should do), the field names are what you create them to be, so a common language will have to be used IF (as I presume) you'll only create one version of the database (DB). If you're creating multiple databases (in order to have an instance for each language), I'd assume that you'd have to export the original language version of the DB into Excel (for example) and quickly modify the field names in the other languages. And then you could import each back into Ninox to quickly create three additional DB's (if I use your example of German as the main language DB and then French, Italian and Spanish as the three additional ones.) I hope though that someone will reply and give a simplier solution, such as some translation script.
