ambiguous field name

Just tried to create new fields on an existing table and returned a warning: Ambiguous file names. What does this mean and how is such ambiguity determined?

    I recently received the same warning.  I can't help you in what it means as I was wondering the same thing.

    Hi, 

    That means that you have given exactly the same name for (at least) two fields, what is not allowed. 

    Please change one of the names and try again to save.
