Resetting Password

I cannot reset my password because I don't remember my current one. What do I do?

    Dear Lisa, 

    Please go to Ninox in your standard browser and log out of Ninox first. 

    Then try to log in again and click on "Forgot password". After that you will receive an e-mail with a link to our user website where you can reset your password without knowing your old one.
