Preview file instead of download

HI does amyone have a way to preview a file in cloud version instead of downloading the file

when clicking on a file it always downloads it, however before it downloads it pops open a new tab on the browser for a split second, is there a way to get that tab to display the attachment instead of downloading?

    this a screenshot of the pop up window that appears for a split second prior to downloading

    if it pops up in a new window , and ninox is able to share files by link , why not be able to preview a file in a new tab?

    there should be a way. anyone knows how?
