Referenced fields not showing in pdf layout and number format also not showing in pdf layout

I am trying to create a pdf layout of a form and having a few problems.

My first issue is the referenced fields I am using in the form don't show in the pdf layout and when pressing the + sign to add fields, they are also not available in the list so I can drag them in, I have attached a file with screen grabs showing what I mean.

My second issue is I have a number field to record hours spent on a job. The number shows in the form, but isn't there when I come to create a pdf layout, attached is screengab of this issue.

I can't figure out how to attach more than one image, the two issues are in one image, hopefully they make sense!

Any help is much appreciated.

    @David...  I am not that well versed in the Ninox printing / pdf....   That said...   Company and Contact are related tables.  If you want someting from that relation to show up on the pdf, you will have to add a formula to the pdf layout... (or to the form)..   Then the fields are available to add. 

    For the number field... I DO see "Time hrs" on the image you provided of fields that could be added to the pdf layout.... it is 7th from the bottom. 

    As for multiple static images.. what platform are you using?   I was able to add more than one image using the Mac App.

    Thanks for the reply, I have no idea for the company and contacts what formula I need to add or where?

    I think we are talking at cross purposes with the hours issue. The title text and field are there for hours but the box is empty, so I don't need to drag it in again

    On the image attach issue I was talking about the forum and attaching images to my post.

    Update on my issues; thanks Mconneen for the hint that I need to use the formula, I have had a play and figured it out now.

    I just need to understand why the contents of the hours field doesn't show the input that is there on the form.

    No wait I just tried to drag the hours field in again and it worked!, not sure why it didn't work the first time as the title and field were created automatically the first time I used the layout, but this time only the field was created with the correct information in it!

    Doesn't matter why it didn't, it does now and that is what is the most important!
