Data not saving

Good evening.

I am loosing data without knowing. It is simply not saving new entries.  At first I questioned myself but it happened a number of time and I can now repeat the problem on demand.

I have tried importing the data (not that is a full solution as I have sub entries as well)

A simple search reveals this was reported at least a month ago. It has been pointed out it is NINOX system problem. I am really trying to limit the damage it is causing as I have a database that I cannot use and fear it will destroy other databases when I open them. (bring database back from backups does not eliminate the problem.

      It's a mixed affair really.  IPad, Iphone and Windows. Laptop and Surface Pro.  As the software is used on line I would hope I could ruleout 'platform' issues.

    I'm betting you use the mac/ipad app? - and I also bet it might lie in a syncing issue.
