Problem of managing automatic record creation with trigger on the Ninox Mobile App
I have an "Activities" dashboard table where the activities performed by the workers are selected. After choosing an intervention category from a combobox field, which identifies the work done, with a change trigger I create records on the linked tables.
These tables are displayed on the main dashboard because they are embedded to compile and distribute the information in the various tables without having to constantly change "screen".
Everything works fine on the notebook, but unfortunately not on the mobile phone's ninox app.
On the App, after selecting the intervention category from the combobox field, the dashobord screen is refreshed returning as if it were to the initial state and a new row is also created on the "Activities" dashboard table!
I have tried clearing the cache and all data of the ninox android app and it still doesn't work, it gives me the same problem so I think it is a script code writing or configuring problem but there is nothing about this strange behavior .
Is there a trick to make sure everything works as it should on mobile too? Have any of you had this experience?
Basically what I would like to do is simplify the activities of the workers as much as possible, otherwise if it becomes a uneasy and complicated tool it is also difficult for them to use it because it takes too much time ...
