If user has email.....

Darn I cannot find/forgot :-(.

How does one stipulate that a table can only be opened by a specific email address or name?

Set the table in design mode " allowed to read"

to only be read buy say an editor

and make that user a lower ranking to admin.

There are 2 default levels/ admin and editor but you can set more

Thanks for this but I am almost 100% sure that a table can be set to only be viewed by a specific email address. I have that set on a table or field in my DB somewhere - just have to hunt it down. Would be awesome if one could search code.
