Really Goods News !!

Calling all friends and regular contributors.

There is no doubt this week has shown a huge leap forward for the new forum. However - for those of us who remember - Ninox's presence on this forum - er I mean old forum now - went a bit somewhat quiet. Thus for the last couple of years we were left to fend for ourselves. Whilst we do not need Ninox's input for every post, their comments / suggestions were of great value and be fair I for one missed their input as lets face it they are closer to being in the know - especially to as what is in the pipeline re fixes.

Anyway I am now assured that following the re invention of the forum Ninox will once again to play a greater part and I quote from a confirmation email from them this morning.

"Our team will also be more active, and will be able to better analyse all the data coming from it!"

I think it unlikely they will provide specific answers to problems of scale as they clearly would prefer issues of note to be reported directly so they do their remote dial in or mass education via the workshops but just maybe this might be a new beginning ........

 

ps Ninox team- if you read this please add a comment so I don't look a complete idiot!!!

    Hi Mel, many thanks for your warm words! We also think that our new forum is huge leap forwards! Regards your question: yes, in the future we are planning to provide more content based on the needs and most frequent questions of our customers. Additionally we will have moderators/community managers supporting us in the future.
