@MB... not a problem.. Assuming only one "active" office per city... and the Office has a Status choice box of Active (1) and Inactive (2).. just add an "and Status = 1" to the selection criteria

Well.. if you make all tables a composit relationship.. You will stil have multiple forms.. .One per table. While this is technically possible.. I question the approach.

@Laurent, Yes.. Ninox inconsistently (at least seemingly so) case sensitive. Find's, like ... are NOT case sensitive.. groupings where clauses appear to be..
