No. You'll need a trigger to send a mail. This could be "onChange", "onCreate" or the click on a button. But you could create calendar (reminder) entries. See here:https://ninoxdb.…

Every field has a property "Visible if". If you'd give this formla –––userHasRole("Admin")––– the field is only visible tothe admin. Birger
