Private cloud not responding
A worrisome issue with Ninox Private Cloud. I purchased this to have control over my Ninox. Twice in the past weekends the server has stopped responding and I cannot get to the UMS to restart. I have to rely on support to do this. I reached out to support as this was the second time this happened and not a response from them for a meeting request or to even acknowledge the email. I must say that support was quick to restart the server (15 minutes +/-) however I am worried if this would happen after they have gone home. I am in the Pacific Time Zone. The support staff leave around 10 am my time. Anyway just wanted to let the community know and warn you this may happen to you if you have Private Cloud.
