Deleted Ninox DBs from iCloud

I accidentally deleted my Ninox databases from iCloud and now see no way to get them back!  There is no data in ~/Library/Mobile Documents and if I go into iCloud under restore files, there is no Ninox database(s) to recover.

It looks like I'm hosed?
