Is there a way to set Created By system field

I am moving from OnPrem to the Cloud version, and I want to add permissions however I have a ton of previously created records that are now in the Cloud DB. I need to be able to set the Created By field to one of my users, so they can see their existing records. Can this be done? I didn't see anything in the Bulk Edit for updating that field.
