Anesthesia record

Hello!

I'm an anesthesiologist and want to build an anesthesia eletronic record. Would it be possible with ninox? One of the most difficult feature I'm struggling with is the vital signs table. In this table we register the blood pressure, pulse and other vital Signs, with some codes, like this image: https://anestech.com.br/axreg/imgs/features/record.png.

if I is possible, anyone could please explain it to me? To improve the filling process it would be better if I could just click on a table to add the symbols (sistolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse.)
