Is there any way to copy a value list (US States) from one table to another?

I do not want to have to copy and paste all 50 states into another table. Is there anyway to just export or copy and paste fields from one table to another to recreate the field? Thanks.

Is the intended destination a choice field? If so, I do not think there is any way to import values into a choice field. If you just want to copy records from one table to another table, you can export as a csv file, and then import the csv file to the other table.

Thanks Dean. Yes it is a multi-choice (value list) field. I also have several thousand cities for each state and also for each country I wanted to add, but there is absolutely no way I am going to add these manually. I will just go back to LAMP Stack and get them imported into one of my other solutions since Ninox cannot handle what I need by the looks of it. Very disappointed, but thank you anyway for all your suggestions to date.

Why do you want to use a choice field for thousands of items? It seems like a view element to a related table would be better. Views support filtering and sorting.

Yes you are right. For the bigger solutions down the road, the Countries, States/Provinces, Cities and Towns would be in a totally different structure. Each selection would affect the next to make it easier to find locations. However, right now for this simpler project I was looking to just add US States but have them in two places and did not want to have to copy and paste all 50 again. On another note, my DBA skills are very rusty so just trying to catch-up in a hurry decades on from where I left off in FileMaker. :)
