Report Writer

I emailed this to sales and they sent me a link to ICloud but no mention of the Report Writer. (

I have the MAC desktop version and found it easy to use for development of my database. However I need to make a number of custom reports or the database does me no good. Is there a report writer and how do I access it? I am working in a high security area and cannot have access to the web directly from the computer I use fir my work,. Hence coming from my personal machine.

    Hi,

    you can use the print layout editor to create reports. You find this option on the top right .

    I tried that and I needed to print out more than one data set. it made one record per page. I dont know how to print more than one record per page. If i want to print out say 50 records, it prints out 50 pages. Anyone know how to put multiple records on one page?

    One striking element missing from the usabiity profile of Ninox is the lack of "Display Field As" kind of setting. Forcing us to use the storage field name in reporting, or general use is far from effective or efficient. To use efficient fieldnames gives users obsured meanings.  Giving readable names forces most coding writing to become and tedious experience of manages quotes.  One simply field setting could obviate all that.
