Hoping someone can help. When I ask to pdf/print a record - I try to 'save as' but I just get a blank box come up with no options in it. I try to save from the print dialogue box and it says this is not supported. I can't save to mail, icloud drive, messages..nothing...so all i can do is take a screen shot which is not useful as i then have another activity to manage. Can someone please help? Thank you.
@Joanna, what platform are you using? Ninox App on Mac, Ninox App on iPad, Ninox Cloud via Browser , android... ??
On the Ninox App on Mac.. when I hit the Print button.. I get a report .. I then click the "Print PDF".. which generates a PDF.. I can then save the PDF.
Hi - I’m using Ninox app on Mac - when I hit print I can customise a report and then press print pdf - this generates a pdf but I can’t save it? Just white space?

Hmm.. without screen shots etc.. very tough to say.. Perhaps the report you created has something that is causing issues with your default PDF application .. (mine is adobe acrobate .. your's might be the default preview)..
Either post screen shots.. or book a session with Support.. Ninox has AWESOME support ..
I think I have dissed it. I have an adobe cloud account. If I log out of adobe then I am able to save. Hoorah! Thanks again for your help. J
