Blank Screen

Hi,

I'm on Ninox 3.12.4 and since then I get a Blank Screen and no database.

Never had this problem. before. Not even with version 3.11 which caused the same issue to many.

 

Any suggestions?

(I can't recover an older version from time machine, because the back up is not run on this computer, but on a windows based central server, which for some reasons only back up data and not apps.

       thank you. You mean the browser cache? Because I'm using the MacOs App and browsers should not be involved. Or is there a Ninox Cache I should clear?

    you can try:

    please try the following to fix the problem:

    • open the Terminal app
    • You can find it via Spotlight search, the magnifying glass in the top right corner (just type Terminal)
    • Copy and paste the following command:
    defaults delete de.ninoxdb.ninox-mac.Ninox
    • then you can execute the command by pressing enter

      I saw this solution from you in another thread and tried it, but I still get a blank screen when I start Ninox.
