how can i save invoices?

Hi im a small business owner and im intrested in purchasing your guys app on my mac to help get rid of my filing cabinets which are used to store invoices of past jobs . We make hand written invoices after each job on the job site and have managers sign them the question is would i be able to create a list of all my customers and save invoices of jobs ive done for them by scanning the invoices or would i have to manually type up the invoice on your app and would i be able to click on the clients name and have all past invoices ive done pop up in order by date/invoice number

    It is possible, but would originally have to be hand typed, if not already on some sort of digital spreadsheet.

    Additionally, you can scan the invoices and upload them as a PDF document, though would not be searchable.
