Export Import File

Hi, I need to produce a file that has references to the same record but on multiple lines. It is for an import file into our web software. The file is:

The web software needs them grouped in the import file by the Action field. The information is all held in one table. How can I export multiple lines from one table in a view (so I can export it)?
