How to show all fields at once?
It looks like Ninox only shows the first 7 fields that you add to a table, and hides every field after.
From here we have to click the view button and drag each and every field one at a time.
The issue here is that we have over 100 fields for each table and have dozens of tables.
Is there a workaround to show all fields at once?

We could even get by with being able to export all the fields into a CSV or Excel format. The only way I see to do this though is by view, which has the exact same issue as above with the hidden fields.

For display purposes, I would say that having over 100 fields in one view would make the view unwieldy to use effectively.
I would create different views showing different fields.
Exporting is another issue. It looks like you have to create an export view that has all the fields, but this would be a one time action.

Unfortunately, your proposed solution leaves us with the same problem, we would need to spend time manually creating views which is unnecessary double handling and not viable for our business. Whether we want to view or export into a better program for viewing, we have the same issue and is a real shortcoming in Ninox.

I don't know any other program that automagically creates the views you want with just the fields you need. There is always some manual input into what fields you need to show in any given moment.

All other viable alternatives have a "show all" option, but are lacking other options that make ninox most suitable for our usecase. The manual input here would be when the fields are being added to the table - even having a "show/hide" field at the point a field is added would decrease double-work. We are essentially doubling this step with views and it does not make sense but I appreciate your response here.

I'm with Fred on this and nearly wrote as such as soon as you posted. You can't expect to be able to take in all 100 fields at a time.
I wonder, with 100 fields, if you have fields where you should have records in a subtable (such as SalesJan22, SalesFeb22, etc) If there's lots of information I'd create aggregate fields to summarise similar fields together, or show trends & upper / lower bounds. There are so many ways to show lots of data but in a graphical way. Or group relevant records together in a dashboard.
However you do it, don't try and show all 100 fields at the same time. Your employees will thank you for it.

Thanks John, but again, this does not fit our usecase. 100+ fields shown are desired, or at the very least the ability to easily export all fields to CSV so that we can implement our own solution to the shortcoming. I understand that for your typical usecase, what you are saying may be true. However, our business operations and use of databases are not typical.
Despite our outlier usecase, the inability to export all fields in a single table without the need for highly manual sorting is just a poor decision from ninox - This feature is typical of database software and was even available in the legacy version of ninox. -

I get it, I understand where Jack is coming from - my take is that as I run my own business, I need to take several measures to secure my data.
At the very least (even with backing up) I like the ability to export a tables (All Fields) to a csv. just in case I ever left Ninox. I have done this but it was a real pain to add all the fields into a view just for export purposes (and to remember to add new fields as I update the design) just so I can do the export every few months.
Access/Dataease etc allow you to dump all data to csv a click of a button.

Following
