Duplicate some fields in a final summary ? How to do ?

Hello to the Ninox community,

There you have it, I have several fields in a form.

I would like to know how to include (duplicate) the most important fields in a final summary.

Can you tell me how to take some fields to get there?

    Is your form in one table and the final summary fields in another?

     

    Do you need to create a new record in the final summary table first?
