Is there a better way to filter selected table for View Layout Element?

Is there a built in way to filter linked Id's for the View element? This is what I have right now...

It works, but it is static. The filter is hard coded and I don't see any way to make it automatically adjust for the number of records.

Is there a way to code it dynamically?
