I have a formula field that pulls data from a contact form and then displays how many days since the last contact was submitted

The days since contact formula is currently: days(max(Contacts.'Date / Time'), today())

Is there a way to write this so it displays in months and days?

So the 138, is displayed as: "4, 16"   or "4 months, 16 days"
