How does one insert a row into a table

I am attempting to make a book list, authors in the first column, title in the second. I want to place the title in second.

Ex:;  Baldacci

                         Walk The Wire 

                         Divine Justice (insert another title between this title and Bond)

       Bond

    Where do you what to do that in Print or in the screen?

    Onn screen, this so that I can name an author, then in the title column list all of that particular author's titles. Then go oo0to the next author and his/her titles.
