Subscription--help ASAP

If we purchased licenses for 4 users, can any of the 4 users create a team without it being a trial and expiring or having to purchase another license?  I am getting a trial will expire and I am utilizing that team, as we have tried to keep roles separate and want individuals to be able to have their own domains (team) for their specific areas.
