Questionnaire calculations
I have a questionnaire that assigns different numerical values to each question. For the questions with a positive response, I need to sum the corresponding values in a "Total" field.

I recentlyh hacked out a quick survey application for a client's Innovation Expo.. We collected results via iPads an leadership could watch the results in real-time on a dashboard. You can do something similar.. Create a single row table .. I called mine "Dashboard" .. and then add formulas for the various KPIs.. The lower chart was summarized view off the Booths table.. we had "booths" that presented various innovation ideas.. We asked each participant to rate their top three topics..
