About writing conditional code.

I created a formula field in the home table. I set the condition that if the associated item in (copy here) (choose=1), it returns (A: 848); if the associated item in (copy here) (choose=2), it returns (B: beverage). Now I want to let the associated item in (copy here) When both (choose=1) and (choose=2) appear, display A:848 B: alcohol (as shown in the text). How to write the code?
