Emails (Improving on what I do)

For some time I have been using 2 type of emailing from with Ninox.

Type 1 : Order Confirmations etc - Where I use scripts and html fields to send  personalised data via button using sendEmail. 

Type 2: Normal email field Calling my outlook client whereby I put a pre formatted letter/advert and do not personalise the content. 

Whist both the above methods are working fine. I'm wondering if there is another way that i can fire emails directly out of Ninox.

Ie I often read on this form that several users - use ingromat/zapier etc to connect ninox to X apps. As i have never used these connectors yet i wonder if this would be viable for sending outgoing emails via my outlook and picking a pre set signature template and still embed variable info in the body section - is this doable?
