Keep documents in field on every new record
Good day, I apologize first, but I am a new on this. I have a database and I need some of the information in specific record to always show up when I create or duplicate a record. Example I have a record with a picture or PDF in it that need to be there always in every new record. Thanks

My first question, why a PDF (or attachment) needs to be duplicated it in every record? In a DB you try to not duplicate data across tables unless you need to be able to change it on a per record basis.
If the data doesn't change then just recreate a formula that links to the data that needs to show up in other records.
